I think appliances know when husbands are either out of town or getting ready to leave! It seems that there are always little disasters when Jason isn't around! Today, there was a nice, steady stream of hot water running from my can light in the basement! This is not a good thing. Apparently, my dishwasher got the memo that Jason leaves for Vegas early in the A.M. so it started to leak. My brother, the plumber, has offered to come over tomorrow and take a look. Until then, I have racks of half washed dished on the counter, my water is turned off, and my dishwasher is sitting in the center of the kitchen floor. Not to mention, there are towels on the carpet in the basement. Yuck!

It always works that way.. When the husbands leave something happens. Mine has always been my car. Something stupid always happens with the dumb thing. Thank goodnes for family members that can help out hu?? Good luck!!
Look at the bright side...your new dishwasher is going to ROCK! Oh, and I think we Lineside wives deserve medals for the things we take care of while our hard-working hubbies are gone!!! Go girls!
